| We as buyers sourcing agency, are involved in product development involving special processes uncommon or rarely used in India. In this process we have successfully transferred the friction welding and spline rolling technology to our vendors, including machine installation. We witness critical friction welding process and approve by bend test to confirm the welding quality prior to machining of critical items like Axle Spindles, Weldon Ends and Yokes. Process involves welding of forging and Billets. Similarly we approve pre-machined parts of high precision Hy. Lift Shaft before Spline rolling, after spline rolling, after induction hardening and final inspection using special gauges and inspection tools. |
